The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to shopping and dining areas. The hotel provided good WiFi service and was quiet at night, which made for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
The price was too high for the amenities provided. The hotel did not give me a receipt for the extra amount charged for early check-in.

During my Christmas vacation, I appreciated the hotel's central location in the city which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the room was equipped with modern amenities including a flat, screen TV and free Wi, Fi which made my stay comfortable. the staff was polite and accommodating when asked for extra pillows.
the amount charged for the room was unusually high and was collected in full during check, in which is not a usual practice.

The hotel may have struggled in many aspects, but the location was quite a highlight. It was close to a beautiful beach and offered a scenic view. the bathroom was decently clean and well-maintained. the room had a working AC, which was a relief in the scorching heat.
The hotel was highly overpriced, and the management seemed unprofessional. the check-in experience was not smooth, and money was collected in full, which was unusual.
